"From the beginning of our kitchen reno project Carmen was very responsive and patient as we made our way through determining the right contractor, and we are so glad that we made the choice to work with BNQ. Carmen was able to help us to transform our galley kitchen circa 1950/1960s into a beautiful modern kitchen with great functionality. We can actually have more than one person cooking dinner or even just in the kitchen while someone else is cooking! Throughout the entire project if there were any changes to the plan that need to be made, or questions Carmen was extremely responsive and always came to us before pursuing a different plan of action in the renovation. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness throughout the entire renovation. At the end of every day the construction area was swept and all tools/supplies where put away or organized within the work space. We decided after the kitchen was done to extend our tile into the entry of the home from the kitchen. Carmen not only was extremely flexible to get it done quickly, but also stood by the work of BNQ to the point of offering to redo the tile in entry because he personally was not satisfied with the outcome. For us this speaks to his commitment to professionalism and quality of work, because of that we would have no hesitation in hiring BNQ to do additional projects in the future or in recommending him to friends and family."

The project took 3 weeks exactly and Three Rivers Remodeling was utterly professional from the get-go (and our bathroom looks amazing). "Writing We absolutely loved our kitchen cabinet remodel. The owner's dad did an amazing job, and I highly recommend him. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very different. In May, we were told the remaining work would take three weeks, but it wasn't completed until July 14. Communication from the owner was poor, and we repeatedly had to ask for updates. The work only wrapped up after we stressed an important deadline. The quality felt rushed. We were quoted for 6 feet of flooring but only about 4 feet was replaced. The crew left debris on our freshly stained deck, including over 10 screws we removed ourselves. Construction debris wasn't picked up until the next day, and we weren't informed. Our new exterior door was also left unfinished, requiring more repairs. Based on our experience, I would only recommend this company for cabinet refinishing by the owner's dad. The remaining work and oversight did not meet our e"

"The owners (Chris and Cal) did an excellent job on our remodeled project. They were personally involved with the project and worked directly with us during the entire planning and implementation of the work. They were true craftsmen. We wanted a contractor who could do the entire project and C&C fit the bill. They performed the drywall, flooring, windows, painting, electrical, and structural part of the job. We would highly recommend them ."

"HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are not the low cost option but quality costs a little more. Mr. Mikol is honest, his crew are well trained and efficient. Mr. Mikol has a design background and provides design ideas beyond the typical tear out and replace approach. He did a down to the studs kitchen remodel. As well as a bathroom upgrade. This included demolition, electrical wiring including the addition of new circuits, plumbing, cabinet and appliance installation, painting etc. I cannot say enough good things am am looking forward to working with with them again on future projects"

Please read this lengthy, but carefully crafted review of this team and the work that they did for me - especially if you are a woman on your own and looking for honesty and integrity as a prime requirement in a construction company. Powerhouse could be your team! They are: professional, personable, precise, perfectionistic, proficient, punctual, and pragmatic. I dreamed of a remodeled kitchen in my old farmhouse for at least a decade and had talked with several other contractors who either couldn't or wouldn't share the ideas that I had for the space - particularly at the budget I had set for the work. After one meeting, I knew that JD and Clayton had caught my vision and were ready to run with it. They also proved ABLE to complete anything I requested - often beyond my expectations. I felt that this father and his two sons treated my project as if it was their own kitchen - and included me as an integral part of the team for planning and decision making at every step. They heard and respected my ideas and offered many great suggestions beyond what I had considered., I feel that this was a true collaboration and the Powerhouse goal was that I was satisfied with the end result and that they were satisfied that they did the best work possible! The kitchen is fabulous and I don't know what I love most about it. From the newly leveled floor, to improved insulation and electrics, to raising the ceiling to the rafters, to combining two small boxy rooms into one huge and functional space, to repurposing the 50 year old solid wood cabinets, to adding a super pantry wall - everything was done to perfection! Truly a floor-to-ceiling-and behind the walls remodel that was completed within the price that we had agreed upon - no surprises or shocks! I don't think that there is anything that Powerhouse can't do and do very well. Certified electricians, master carpentry, expert tile work, creative fabrication of pantry doors....they excelled at all of this. Additionally, these men were a pleasure to have in my home - a real bonus when doing a project of this intensity (of time, money and decisions). They exhibit a strong work ethic, share great senses of humor, set and achieve high standards for quality of work, are never idle, cleaned up the workspace every day, and were always open to sharing ideas and explaining procedures. They get along well with each other - no bickering, no bad language, no dark or moody days! In my opinion, Powerhouse Construction and Electrical is simply the BEST group that I've ever worked with and I consider it a blessing that I found them! As I look to the future. "A pipe burst on our third floor. The water went downstairs thru the two lower levels and ruined the kitchen and bathroom and also caused a lot of damage in the laundry room. Anthony and Mark were polished and professional and gave us the kitchen and bathroom of our dreams. We were able to remain within budget, while choosing an updated look. Anthony and Mark were professional and have a great sense of humor. They did great work and we had a lot of laughs too. You will LOVE the work that they do and will end up calling them back for other projects!!"
