RMS was hired to finish our modular home - including decks, metal roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, finishing work, & construction of block basement. The results were not just disappointing, they were catastrophic. Licensed contractors who have inspected their unfinished work have estimated over $100,000 in repairs & reconstruction. We have spent thousands on a lawyer after begging them to make it right, but they've refused to take responsibility of their negligence & are happy to have us spend more money trying to take them to court. "Trent was kind, professional, HONEST and respectful. I reached out and he messaged within the hour. After brief conversation on the phone he was able to fit me in for a free water testing and system inspection that same day. I mentioned a 3 stage water system upgrade and after the water test we found our water system was working well. He provided suggestions as alternative approaches to itchy skin we experienced. After we did our own research we agreed to have him install a UVC light with an additional filter for good measure. We called and he inspected on Tuesday and he was there with the install on Sunday that same week! Amazing. Talked us through the tests and results and provided us with informational pamphlets as well as transparency about his product vendor. Once the job was complete he tested the system and taught us about it and maintenance procedures. He was kind & patient. The pipe work install was well done and beautiful. He minded the space and existing plumbing."

I thought it was a long shot but they were able to make it happen. Very courteous and straight forward. They even went above and beyond by helping me with the natural gas conversion on my griddle. "I cannot recomend A1 Sewer Cleaning enough. Roto-Rooter spent over 3 hours trying to unclog the sewer line but we unable. A1 came the following morning and the drain was cleared in less than a half hour. They even hosed the basement floor afterwards. Mel and Curtis did the work and were awsome. I wood highly recommend them."
