"Mr. Charles Haefner quickly identified the problem as mineral plugging the connection from the ballast tank to the pump switch (he showed me the obviously plugged pipe). He replaced the pipe, pressure switch, gauge and relief valve. He re-pressurized the ballast tank. The work took about an hour. The total bill was less than $120. I have rarely had such inexpensive and expert service!"

They scheduled a timely replacement, were able to use the existing gas line and not dig up my entire lawn, and were true to the cost (no unexpected costs or nickel and diming).
