I set an appointment for them to come see the section of my roof in need of repair so they could give me an estimate. I received a thank you a day or two later in the US mail for allowing them to visit my home. My project involved a special order skylight from Denmark because the flashing from my old skylight is no longer made. They completed the bulk of job in 1 day . They returned twice to match and install the interior trim on the skylight . After I received and paid bill , I received another thank you , this one came from the email of the president of the company. I could not be more pleased."

"After our ceiling fell down from a leak in the roof, we had to find someone who could fix the giant hole in the living room as if it never happened, which proved very tricky since the ceiling was plaster with a special type of texturing. After searching high and low for top notch plasterers, we found Bob's number and gave him a call. Bob came out quickly and was able to put our mind at ease about making the repairs and gave a great timeline and quote for getting the work done. When the work was done, we truly couldn't tell there was ever a hole in the ceiling! Bob and his team did an excellent job repairing everything and matching the texture to the surrounding area, we couldn't be happier! I found that very honest of him, because saying that opened up the possibility that we'd forgo the repair and replace the whole roof instead. "The Gentleman called me back quickly(not accustomed to that with contractors). Greg came out to do an estimate It wasnt the highest bid, but wasn't the lowest either. In my experience, the lowest bid usually results in the lowest quality of workmanship. I rolled the dice with Atlas because communication was great, he showed up when he said he would for the estimate( good start), he was straightforward and assured me they would be in and out. The crew was at my home shortly thereafter and took off the old shingles. They put in an all-day shift and cleaned up afterwards(again I wasn't accustomed to a contractor cleaning up a mess). The new shingles were installed and once again they worked straight through and got the job done. In and out without a trace, except for a new roof. No nails in my yard, no old shingles hiding in the shrubbery, no cigerette butts, etc. it was Professionally done! I don't think I will need a new roof in my lifetime but If I did I would hire Atlas again. I would certainly recommend them to a friend."
