I originally was a bit skeptical hiring a Cincinnati-based company for a move from NY to NM but the result was more than convincing that I made the right decision. From the beginning the response was quick, always, and the staff very helpful with questions I had. The driver communicated in advance that he will be able to deliver one day ahead of time – a nice surprise! There also were two items of great concern: a 7-foot tall glass curio cabinet and an original artwork, under glass, approx. 5x4 ft. – Again, no damage, no scratches. "When I made the arrangements, I told them I would not be available until after 1pm. I understood them to tell me that someone would be there between 1pm and 1:30pm. At 1:30, I called and they said they were on another job, but would call when they were on their way. The serviceman didn't show up until 3pm and since I had another appointment at 3:30pm, I had to leave and return later. It took him about an hour and the job was done well. In selecting Colgate, I obtained three estimates and they were the lowest by far. Would definitely use them again."
