"We researched granite suppliers in St Louis and visited several. <br /> <br /> By far, this business had the largest selection of granite to view. The employees were all very attentive, helpful and professional. They answered all of our questions and worked seamlessly with both our contractor and the granite fabricator. <br /> The granite is beautiful! <br /> <br /> We would recommend Global Granite as THE granite company in St Louis. <br />"

"Company was very patient and understanding of our need. Met with them several times to review and finally select our granite. In our case, granite selected was longer than normal, so when it was installed there were fewer seams to contend with. Person who created template was extremely thorough. Cutters, polishers, and installers were all great to work with, and the office staff (Sarah) were superb. Granite America had good selection of granite on hand, was constantly adding new inventory, and prices were very competitive."

"Soraya provided me with various options that fell within my budget. She came to take initial measurements within 3 business days of our initial contact. I picked out our slab, and then she then scheduled her team to come take laser measurements later that week. I had my granite countertops installed in a little over a week and a half. The price was fair and the results were excellent. <br />"

"We hired Nick to remodel our kitchen. We could not be happier with the result. Nick showed up when he said he would and kept us informed about the project. Nick's work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to customer service are why we highly recommend him. We will definitely be using Nick's for future projects."

"We picked out the stone even before we found a fabricator. It happened to be on sale because granite goes from A through F and F-granite is more expensive than A-granite and we picked out C-granite and once we got the name of the fabricator, we called and asked for quotes. They charged per square foot and we went with Moe because he was very personable on the phone and he came out right away to take measurements. We told him what we had in mind already and told him that it was on sale for the month of October, so he went ahead and purchased the granite. He called us and told us that he found the granite and asked us if it would be convenient for us to send in the money to purchase it because he had told me upfront that we would buy the granite and they would charge me for the actual work, so he wasn't pushy. In fact, I was more pushy to him. I was having cabinets put in, so they wanted me to call them once that was done so I called, they came out and re-measured, and three days later, they came out and installed it. They were very meticulous and made sure they cleaned up everything. They made sure it fit together so one can hardly see the seams because there had to be at least one seam in it with the way my counter top is. There are people who are cheaper."

"Roy was the first contractor to be able to translate everything I wanted done into a plan immediately. From there, he was able to show me a range of options for cabinets and countertops at different prices, and let me know exactly what I was getting and the bottom line. Everything went very well -- with the installation there was always communication as to how everything was going, concern with working with my schedule, and they arrived timely. Everything looked great installed. When all was done, even with the unforeseen extras that come up in any installation, it was still at or below the lowest estimate I received from other contractors."

"This is my 2nd time using McDonald Marble and Stone for a remodel/new construction project and they are just easier to work with than Mees and Kentuckiana Countertops. Their prices are equivalent or better than Mees and KI. They do have a 10-14 day lead time after templating - if they could bring this down to and lt;5 days that would be ideal. I did not have to send back any pieces for the entire project so the templater did an excellent job. All the work turned out beautiful! They were able to acquire a wide range of quartz products from various manufacturers in a timely fashion for my project. Their remnant selection is good as well. Lastly, I appreciated that the installers actually care about not damaging cabinetry and walls. <br />"

"It was good, but it took them forever to get it done -- about 7 months. I know they had to order the stone from overseas, but I had to keep calling and following up with them to learn the status of my stone. The work itself was great, and he did call me after the installation to make sure I was happy."
