"This company cracked a window in the upstairs bedroom and refused to take responsibility for the damage. All blinds were left tilted so I could see they had cleaned the windows except for the blind in this bedroom which was completely closed something I never do as this bedroom is very dark without outside light. When I raised the blind I discovered a crack in the lower window about half way across, sparkling brightly, an obviously new crack. The company person said they did not clean the window because of the 'old' crack, which was not correct as the upper and lower portions of this window were clean. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to be disrespected, dismissed and left to pay for the damage they have done!!!!"

"I was quoted a price for a through cleaning of heavily soiled carpet with urine stains. They arrived on time to clean the empty residence. They spent 45 minutes cleaning and charged additional money above the quote for a total of $318.00. Their air sayscarpet would dry in a couple of hours. 24 hours later the carpet was so wet it squelched when walked on and several stains remained. When I called to ask them to come back per their 100 satisfaction grantee, I was told that my husband was told to replace the carpet. And they would not come back. We rented a small carpet cleaner and removed a huge amount of soil the "professionals couldn't get out.. I wish I could post photos of what they cleaned and what we cleaned over the same area.?"
