"I went to the store and after talking to the sales ladies and to Jason I took several samples home as I had to match the flooring  that I already had. Once I chose, Jason came to the house to measure and also to ensure that my choice matched. He told me what they would do, how much it would cost and how long it would take. We settled on a date and all was done as planned with minimum fuss. There was a delay in the delivery of the flooring but that was an issue with the supplier. <br /> Two men came along with Jason (he didn't stay). They prepped the area and the next day started installation. They worked hard and were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and were quite polite. They had to return the next day for a few hours to finish. Jason came by several times to make sure all was well and checked in when the job was finished. He gave me cleaner as well as matching oak floor vents which was a nice extra. I like giving local stores my business and have found most of them to be hard working caring people. Boyd's Carpet fit the bill! <br />"

"Very comfortable in dealing with Tim.  This is a big job for us.  He repaired damaged wood floors and then added wood where there was carpet in the remaining downstairs.  Then he re-carpeted the rest of the house.  In all he replaced or repaired every square inch of flooring in our house. <br /> Overall great guy.  Workers were nice.  They showed up on time and the job was finished on time as promised.  We had Tim's cell and he was always available to talk. <br /> When selecting the carpet and choosing the type of hardwood and stain color Tim went with us step by step and treated it as his own house. <br /> <br /> <br />"
