After a recent quote by that company which was astronomical for cleaning the blower wheel; I was able to find Airworks Upstate and the owner Josh who was down to earth with his prices. Just with the first phone call, I was able to tell in his voice that he was "From the people; For the people." During the time that he cleaned the blower wheel and checked out the system, he remained transparent in the operation of my system and pricing. From the first phone call and through out the service process, I knew that I had found our new HVAC Professional for myself and my family. "

It was already 4pm. I called the main # to confirm & he said he’s call dispatch. No one showed up. We called the main # again and was told no techs in the area. So they scheduled us a window of time of 11am-2pm for the next day. They said the tech would give you warning when on their way. I got notified at 2:15 that he was on his way. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. Kind of pricey but I believe it’s about standard cost for the industry. "
