"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Nathan with Appliance Tech is very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and took care of my repair just as he promised. He’s very ethical and you can depend (and recommend) him without hesitation."

"Ruvim with FixFlow Appliance was able to come to our home on short notice and repair a microwave that had suddenly stopped working. We are so grateful for his time and talent. He was so fast, polite, skilled and efficient that he impressed the whole family. Thank you Ruvim! Your company will be the first we ask for if we have any future appliance issues."

"Anthony was great! He fixed my oven the night before Thanksgiving. I had called so many places to try to get the oven repaired and no one was willing to fix it. I remembered Service Magic and Anthony called me less than 5 minutes after I submitted my request. He did a great job, and I was able to cook a great Thanksgiving meal!"

"I had called over a dozen appliance repair places when my refrigerator went out on a Friday. I continued making calls and sending messages on Saturday morning. None of them could get out to even take a look until Monday. Appliance Mobile Repair returned my call that Saturday and was out within 2 hours! It happened to be the compressor and they were even able to locate a new one that day. There was a little issue a week later with the original repair that needed attention and Antonio came out the same day to make it right. I will be using them again in the future!"

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."

"I've this service provider since the late 80s, and he's the only one I trust to help my mother with her needs. He has a wide variety of skills, and always does a tremendous job that we're always satisfied with. He's very honest and trustworthy. Feel free to give him a call directly if you have any repair work needs."
