Went very well, could tell he knew what he was doing.  He even reminded me to catch a few sinks of water in case I might need some.  arrived at 8:30 AM and was done by 11:45. He not only replace hot water heater, replaced pan and all pipes and copper tubing.  Rick  hug around about 15 mins. to check for any leaks.

I got him off Angie's list.  My 1st time to use it.

All previous plumber's we used over the last  32 years were of little or no help....

Thank You, Rick for your promptness and professionalism.

"Marcellos did an excellent job installing my Walk-in tub. He was very knowledgeable about the product, was available to answer my questions, and was on time. I give his company an A+ rating. Marsha Philips"

"Derek responded to my calls when others wouldn't and came out punctually. Over the course of four days he worked to discover a major water leak in our system. Once he realized we had an old, decaying underground system tied in to a newer, exposed pipe system, he worked to cut off the old system by repiping. He also ran new lines to outdoor water faucets that were connected to the old underground system.
Throughout, Derek and his fellow employee were professional and responsive. Highly recommended.

"We are repairing our house after the August 2016 flood. We found Ryan Hord through Angie's List and were a bit nervous about hiring someone without any personal recommendations. Overall we had a very positive experience with Ryan. He was quick to come out to give us a quote on installing trim. After talking a short while we realized he could do a number of other jobs as well. While it did ultimately take longer than originally projected, we are very happy with the results. His work is neat and professional; he was concerned with the aesthetic appeal of the final result. We had a lot of back and forth getting the right paperwork etc to our mortgage company, Ryan was accommodating and helpful getting everything we needed. After he finished, we noticed something that was skipped. Ryan was prompt to come back and fix it. We are very pleased with our experience working with Ryan and are thrilled with the work he did in our home."

"The job was done on time and within budget.  We communicated by text many times and they followed through on all requests.  The house looks great.  Everything was also cleaned up after the job.  No surprises."

"Excellent! Service Restoration did a beautiful job repairing our home. I would gladly use them again in the future."

"They listened to what I wanted, answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. The owner explained the process and options well.. Workmanship was top notch and I am so happy with my new sink... especially the instant hot water! Now I don't have to wait 4 minutes for hot water from the tap!"

"I've used this guy for A/C repairs and also when I finally replaced the really old unit with a new one. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly during the repairs to the really old unit we had. He did not just throw parts at it and hope it would fix the issue. When I was finally able to replace the old unit, he helped provide us with reasonable prices and the right unit for our home. If you're looking for a honest small business owner, who will get the job done RIGHT, you're definitely looking for this guy."

"They were on time, friendly, and had a "customer first" attitude. I was very pleased with the overall experience."
