"From the moment we contacted Deck Guardian for a quote until the time the final inspection was approved by our township, the entire team at Deck Guardian was nothing but professional, responsive and patient. Larry managed our quote. He helped guide us through the design and material selection. Replacing our deck was quite an investment and Larry was extremely patient with us as we debated every single decision. Our project manager Jon communicated with us at every stage of the build - confirming materials, coordinating deliveries, managing the construction schedule and working with the town on permits and inspections. The construction team was amazing. They always showed up as scheduled and were meticulous with the build. The construction of our new deck is top notch and not a single corner was cut. We absolutely love our new deck - it was worth every penny. We can't wait for the warm weather to arrive so we can fully enjoy it. Thank you Deck Guardian for making this process enjoyable, simple and stress free."

They were very detail-oriented and communicative. I recommend them without hesitation!"

"Adam was great to work with. He had a great idea for my sliding door replacement. We also had him replace some windows as well. He was always there when he said he would be, and communicate very well throughout the process. I will definitely use him for future projects."

"Let me just prefix this by saying weâ ve had a few bad experiences working with contractors in the past. We had our porch done recently by a separate contractor, and dealing with that company was a nightmare. Material left out, never showing up to the job on the day they said, shoddy work ectâ ¦.. however, THIS was the opposite of that experience. We needed a cement slab poured. First off They were able to work the job right away basically, they were there when they said they would be there, on time. They worked quickly, and cleaned up the job and materials once it was completed. The slab once it was finished came out better than I had expected. Also the main contractor running the job was very communicative. So all in all I would 100% call them back. By far one of the better contractors weâ ve worked with over the years"

"Nixon repaired two very extensive cracks in our Corian sink that others did not want to deal with. He also fixed more problems that we were not aware of but could readily see when he showed them to us. Nixon saved us the cost of replacing the whole Corian kitchen counter top and potentially future large water damage. He is easy to deal with and provides prompt service."

"Jim Faridi from Oronoque Home Improvement and his staff are Professional, Prompt, and Knowledgeable! I would recommend them highly. They replaced two storm doors for us and did a fantastic job!"

"I had a variety of small handyman projects - replacing doorknobs, patching holes, fixing molding, etc. the guys were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They took off their shoes to enter the hose, and did a great job, and kept me informed the whole time. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!"

"LVA built a beautiful deck for us. I highly recommend them. A previous contractor pulled the deck apart unexpectedly and it was in total disrepair by the time we hired LVA. This project was to rebuild the deck and relocate the stairs to provide access from a laundry room. Jose and his team were exceptionally professional, always on-time, kept the work site spotless, communicated well throughout the process, pointed out any prospective issues promptly -- for example, our architect's plans needed some adjustments once we were building out the stairs. I fully appreciated his recommendations + input. The workmanship of his team was excellent and the project pricing was quite reasonable. We went with P/T/L instead of composite and will stain it in a few weeks. I look forward to hiring LVA for future projects."

"Marcelo was a joy to work with! He installed a new side porch for us and a new picket fence. Both jobs were done perfectly and he and his employees were very neat. (Also, had all the necessary insurance coverage, including WC.) Highly recommend!"
