"I had BD redo my trim and swap it from often rotten wood to PVC. They did a phenomenal job. Bessim was very communicative throughout the process and followed our instructions extremely well. They have great attention to detail and really made sure they didn't leave anything unfinished. Even after we had already made the final payment Bessim reached out to schedule a time for him to come fix some of the smaller detailing or paint chips that had occurred due to weather. During the job we were ready to uncover some surprises that would incur extra cost. "Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"
