Shout out to Victor (not Frank) -inside joke. Victor was my first ERGEON contact on the phone and video call to go over what I wanted for my fence. Victor is friendly and I enjoyed talking to him. I appreciate his patience and help in putting the plans, estimate and contract together. Additional thanks to Jennie the project wrangler. Jennie, via phone and texts, stepped in for her part of the fence process and showed great patience with me after I had received last minute fence ideas by my house mate causing a stall of the project and me second guessing what I wanted for my fence. Ultimately I went back to square one to the original plan Victor first wrote up for me. Thank you Jennie for updating the contract back to my original desired fence. I am very glad I chose ERGEON. "DO NOT USE: We were quoted $6K for a shower kit install. Upon completion of the work, it was immediately apparent that the installation was defective and did not meet acceptable industry standards. Specifically: No water membrane was installed behind the shower kit, rendering the installation non-compliant with waterproofing best practices. No caulking was applied to seal seams, leaving the installation vulnerable to water intrusion and damage. The walls and surrounding trim were not plumb, which made it impossible to install a functioning shower door. A McLendon's supervisor subsequently inspected the installation onsite and acknowledged the poor workmanship. We were informed that the matter would be addressed, but despite multiple follow-up phone calls, we received no further communication or resolution from McLendon's. Nevertheless, the remaining balance of $3,100 was charged to our account without our authorization or consent and without any resolution."
