"Troy and his team were so wonderful throughout this entire process! Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. Throughout the job he took TONS of pictures so I didn't have to go under the building to check it out. They were professional & very respectful of our business operations. "We had a very positive experience from the very first phone call all the way through to the finished product.

My husband spotted a crack on the outside of our foundation and contacted Stay-Dry. Wayne, the salesman, returned his call right away and set up an initial inspection both inside and outside. The inside basement wall was covered by dry-wall so Wayne told him that he would do another inspection after it was removed. After the second inspection he gave us a very thorough quote and said that the service manager, Perry, would contact us on Monday. Just as promised, Perry called and set up a final inspection. My husband was at work during the final inspection so Perry very patiently explained everything to me and also assured me that there would be very little mess as they use a vacuum cleaner and set up a tent around the work area.

Work was scheduled for the following Friday and Jim and Caleb were right on time. They were both very polite and professional and Jim explained one final time what they were going to do. He also kept me up-to-date throughout the day as they finished each step. The job took about 6 hours and when they were finished the only evidence that they had been there was the completed work. They did such a great job cleaning up that there was no cement dust anywhere.

Overall we were very impressed with how professional and friendly everyone was and with the work completed. We definitely recommend for any foundation repair.

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
