Chad came over right on time (maybe even 5 minutes earlier). Unfortunately he had just returned from his vacation and was out of the routine and did not have his laptop with him and could not give the estimate right away. However, he had followed up with an email in the afternoon. Unfortunately the quote was at $8300 - way over the other 2 companies. Overall the communication was good. Chad was very polite and upbeat. He apologized for forgetting his laptop. I am sure the company would have done a great job if I hired them, but the other 2 companies came in at $6000 and $5800 correspondingly, with the rest being equal, so I chose not to hire Davey's for the job."
