"The whole service was great. The window replacement was a little slow because the installer had health problems. BUT, the installation was GREAT! It was about a week after the promised timeline. I contracted them to replace our siding because of a hail storm that damaged our aluminum siding. We opted to replace the siding with vinyl siding and it was a super installation. We also opted to replace our garage doors and openers. The contractors arrived at 5:30 pm and were finished at 7:30 pm. I was amazed. A great crew. All of the people involved were very professional. "They did a good job of installing the openers and explaining their features and how to set up all the proper codes. There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. But after we had an electrician out to figure out the problem, T&C agreed it was a mistake and paid the electrician's invoice. Everyone we deal with was very friendly."

Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too. "While I was pleased with the salesman from Stay Dry I WOULD NOT recommend this offer to anybody. Stay Dry will send an inspector/salesman to your house for free to do the same thing I paid a hundred dollars for, it was Angie's List that pocketed the money. I called the Stay Dry 800 number and was told they do not receive any money from the offer listed here, when I asked who was getting the money they said Angie's List. I was then told that after the inspection/salesman meeting I would receive a coupon for $200-300 off the actual drainage installation service from Angie's List should I choose to go ahead with the project, but I NEVER GOT A COUPON. So I paid a hundred dollars for a service that is offered free by the actual provider, while the site I look to to save me money on scams and bad contractors actually ripped me off!

"That was rushed into production and replaced a week later. The only problem was the smell of the caulking...but we were able to air the house good since it was warm at the time. It cleared up within 24hrs.These are our 2nd replacement windows and the difference is quite amazing...No air leaks and quieter in the house. I think the proper installation is the key.
