"I first used A & R to repair a washing machine that wouldn't drain properly. The were very prompt sourced the problem quickly and fixed it with no fuss. Turned out to be a sock stuck in a trap. I called them again to repair a tenant's dryer a few weeks later and the problem was a broken door switch that was repaired in less then 20 minutes. Will definitely use A & R again, they are polite, professional and reasonable. My only issue is that they were actually early for both appointments.
