"Kelly's Carpet did a great job on our flooring.  They had a wide selection to choose from, the measurement process was smooth and the day we placed our order went well.  We were incredibly impressed with our installer, Justin.  He was punctual and professional.  We appreciated how clean he kept the work area and was very respectful of our home.   <br /> We noticed a few pieces of wood in our entrance that had spots we didn't care for.  They were natural to the wood, but we didn't like them being in the main walkway.  Since he had not permanently set the wood, he was happy to move them to a different spot. <br /> The tile in the master bath looks great.  The grout is a perfect color too.  We are very happy with the results. <br />"

"The company called me in the morning to let me know the workers were on their way to my house. The two workers arrived on time and after I showed them the rooms, they began work immediately. They carefully moved the furniture out of the rooms prior to installation, and even moved some additional furniture (that I requested) back into the completed rooms. I was very impressed with their work - it was fast and efficient. Their skill and professionalism were obvious. They took approximately 4.5 hours to complete the job. <br /> <br /> We went with Kelly's because their prices were lower than the large furniture store in town. We purchased Mohawk smartstrand carpet because of the excellent durability (long warranty) and soft feel. The price was about $3/sq foot for the carpet (including pad) and this price also included the furniture moving, tear-up and haul away of old carpet and pad, and installation. <br /> The only thing we would change is get a thicker pad. The standard 8 lb. pad comes with a water barrier (which is nice), but wasn't as thick as we thought it would be once we started walking around on the new carpet. <br /> <br /> Overall, the rooms look great and we're very happy with the product and service Kelly provided! <br /> <br /> We would definitely use them again."

"Our family room had a noticeable roll in the carpet. I couldn't believe how much excess carpet Chris removed. After noticing some stains I did see, he suggested a good carpet cleaner, too. We had a bleach spot on the hall carpet. It was truly amazing to see the technology Chris used to repair this 50-cent sized spot. I know where the spot was but I honestly can't see where the repairs were made. Chris is truly a flooring specialist and I would definitely use Innovative Flooring in the future."

"Perfectly: Steve met with us and took measurements for the areas we wanted covered with wood flooring and carpeting. We met his wife, Linda, at their store front in Bellevue and looked at samples that she had selected for us that met our desires for quality, style and price. Linda prepared the quote that was acceptable to us and ask for a 50% deposit. Steve's Floor Covering has been in business in Bellevue for 25 years so we had no qualms with the deposit. We provided a desired timeframe for installation and Steve accepted. Work commenced on time, and proceeded as scheduled. I provided a number of suggestions during the process and Steve met all our desires. We are completely satisfied with the finished product, would gladly use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services."

"We had a carpet cleaning done prior to moving into our house. Previous owners had pets. He was up front about which stains had a good chance of coming out and which stains were likely to remain but tried hard to get rid of them all. The price was fair and the service was on time and efficient. Plan to use again."

"It went relatively well. I know the poor guy was working hard, it was a very hot, very humid day; and he worked on the basement for over 3 hours. The biggest fault was ours, I believe we had let that carpet go too long without a professional cleaning. Oh, and at one time we had 7 dogs. The basement is my husband's man cave and I seldom ventured it. I should have. The doggy smell was mostly eradicated, but obvious stains remain, which I understand isn't uncommon when the stain sets. The rust stains, are all almost gone, he did a good job on those. I think Bed Red did a good job, considering the mess they had - on an off white carpet, no less. The price was a little high. I was anticipating about $400 and it was about $450; but he was really working! Obviously, I would have liked it to remove more spots, but realistically, that just wasn't possible, and they did a great job."

"They sent some really good guys out to do the floor for us. They left most of the old flooring in place because there was only one layer there. They tore the covering around the edges out real nice and did a great job with the installation, so we were really pleased with them."

"THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!  <br /> We met with Wes first to discuss our install.  We had already ordered carpet from Menards and it was in stock and ready to be laid.  He bid on the spot and we liked his figure as well as his demeanor.  We hired him on the spot.  He found time for us the following week.  <br /> On carpet day, he and Todd and Tommy came on time and ready for work. They are clean, well mannered and truly enjoy their craft!  They offer tear out and haul away as well as furniture move for a nominal fee.  They took great care with our belongings and returned them to the proper location when finished.  They take pride in their work right down to the care in vacuuming after the install!  They were able to finish our job in three days!  <br /> Tommy took extra time perfectly wrapping each of our stairs.  We love the transformation!  They call themselves a full service carpet business and THEY ARE. Well done.  We will only call them in the future for cleaning of our new carpet.  They clean furniture too...having them back next week to freshen a sofa.  I only take the time to do these reviews for those who earn it and they met every detail presented to us and truly surpassed expectations! <br />"
