They completed the job and also pointed out that my chimney had no flashing. I asked if they could accomplish the task the same day which they did. (A different company was trying to sell an entire new roof when it wasn’t required.) - His estimate to replace the roof ridge vent was better than others and showed fair pricing. - Since my house had a pending offer, he moved in the work date to support my commitment to the buyer and did not price gouge me to do so. - He went up himself into the attic to perform some clean up since I was experiencing some health issues and showed me a picture of the final result which looked great. - There were no surprise additional costs or fees at the end and they cleaned up their mess. - I would certainly work with Affordable Pro Roofing again and highly recommend them to others. "I hired this company to repair hail damage on my home in 2023. The job was to replace the roofs on my house and garage as well as siding and gutters on my house. Long story short they came out and did the roofs in a timely manner, the siding and gutters not so much. Communication was lacking and they tried to charge me way more than what my insurance scope was. I had to get a lawyer involved. He sued me and we went to court. I won my case in February 2025 and I am still waiting to be paid the money I am owed. I do not recommend this company, buyer beware."

I refuse to pay for work that was not done and they will not return my phone calls to discuss the discrepancy on the invoice and now put a lien on my property even though I paid for the work that was actually done. They will not release the lien or discuss the invoice with me. I would not recommend them at all."
