He has answered all my questions and done a great job. Mrs. Amanda in the office has also been so helpful walking me through everything and also answering my questions. "Fantastic service and excellent experience. My experience with Bradley and his team has been outstanding. They built and installed new seamless gutters with proper down spouts to replace my previous gutters. Thank you for doing this job so quickly and professionally. Highly recommend."

"Great experience! They were very considerate and met our needs perfectly when our gutter broke and needed repaired. Communication was very thorough and professional and they were able to get us an option within our budget. Very satisfied and would recommend them to anybody who needs gutter work done!"

"The roof replacement was fine, but he didn't seal/paint the soffit. This caused a delay in the completion of the repairs I need to complete for an appraiser to sign off on the sale of the house, which caused a delay in the close date. Punctuality and professionalism.

"Mike provided a quick response to my inquiry call and we arranged a date/time for him to do the work. He followed up via text on the service date and he arrived promptly. Although it was very cold with ice on the ground, he worked efficiently to repair the siding and downspout. It's been about 5 weeks since the repair and have had no issues. I appreciate the professionalism and will definitely call him in the future for other home repair / maintenance needs."

"I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. They were always friendly and professional. Before hiring Caliber Construction we had received several other estimates from other companies. Leonard's knowledge and know how is definitely what made us choose Caliber Construction. I cannot speak highly enough of Caliber Construction. We will definitely be using them in the future for additional projects."

"They were prompt, professional and did a very good job. After they left, unless you looked in the gutters, you wouldn't have even known they had been here!
