"We bought our house last winter, and were hesitant to use the fireplace until it was inspected. I called A Cheaper Chimney Sweeper and Lee DePalma, the owner, came out within a couple days during peak season. He was careful to remove his shoes and place drop cloths to avoid making our house messy. He brushed out the fllue, inspected it's operation, and gave us several tips for maintenance. He had anthoer gentleman with him who looked at our exterior chimney. It was complete within 30 minutes. Overall, he was a very pleasant person and I will definately contact him beofre next fall for another cleaning.

The Lift and Level representative examined the garage and told me that the crack in the floor was a symptom of bigger problems with my garage foundation, and he advised me to look into that before repairing the floor.
