"While many other companies tried to give me an estimate on the phone, after my initial call, the Company sent Gary, who checked my garage door opener and told it needed replacement. I got one another company come and see the opener, and he also said it needed replacement. So I decided to go with Gary, who was very nice and answered all my questions about costs and using their coupon. The replacement went very well and fast. However, on the same day, in the evening, the new opener stopped working. I called the company and got Gary come over again next day. He found that the wiring inside the wall of our garage had failed, and then he installed new wires on the wall of the garage to make the opener working again. I am very happy with all he did for me to have a new working garage door opener. Gary was alway on time and gave me a call exactly 20 minutes before his arrival. I will use this company again when and if my another garage door opener breaks down."

"Zach was extremely thorough looking in every nook and cranny to make sure he inspected everything. He was kind enough to let me "tag along" to ask questions so that I could fully understand the nature of anything that needed repairing to the house. His report was very detailed and easy to read. I appreciated that he included pictures which was a nice reminder as to exactly what we needed to do if anything needed fixing.
