In addition to handling the job I posted, Mark assisted me (or I should say let me assist him!) in completing the vanity installation, including additional plumbing work and general installation. Without Mark, I'd still be trying to install the vanity. Also, the charges were reasonable in light of the time spent and materials provided."

"this was a great experience from the return phone call from the cheerful/sweet office personnel, getting a quote the same day, to the hard working crew that installed it the following day. every single person here was very respectful of us and our home. they got our tankless water heater installed and ran 2 gas lines. it did take longer than we expected but the gentleman installing everything was professional and a pleasure to be around so we didn’t mind. everyone is very knowledgeable when it came to any questions we had. there was no i’m not sure, i’ll find out or anything like that. there was no mess while working or after they left. prices were good and they didn’t charge the $200-$300 service fee for the estimate like these other companies out there. that did place a small percentage in why we went with them. we are definitely happy choosing this company for this project and we will definitely be using them for all future needs. we highly recommend them."

"Very conscientious, there was no access panel so he had to work through the 6" opening in our tiled shower. I wanted the valve replaced with one that I could control both temperature and pressure which cost a little more. He replaced with a high quality Delta valve. It was not an easy job but it only took him about an hour to complete. I was in the process of replacing a faucet in our other bathroom myself and he gave me some advice on doing that. He was very helpful and I plan on having him come back for some addition work that I want done."

"It went great! Our 40 year old 75 gallon hat water tank needed replacement. I had trouble finding someone who could come out within 24 hours. These folks were available the next morning. They called ahead in AM to let us know they were loading up and again when they were on the way. Two workers got the job done before noon. Took out old tank for discard and installed new tank. After they finished we showed them a couple other plumbing issues. In the house. They diagnosed the problems and will be back when they get the parts. They were friendly and efficient. We are very happy."
