"It went very well. The estimator was very nice. He was the tipping factor for me going with the company. The installer arrived on time, in fact, early. Installed the garage door in no time. One thing, had to ask him to clean up the trash instead of leaving it piled in the corner of my garage. He stated he couldn't take it with him. If it blew out the truck, it was a fine. I get it, but don't leave it piled up. Overall nice work."

"We had a new garage door installed today by Josh Abt from Precision Garage Door. I was completely impressed with the job he and his helper did. They showed up on time and did a great job installing the new door. He corrected some mistakes the previous installer of the old door made and now it works perfectly. Josh was very thorough, the door itself is a much better door design than the old one. He showed us how to maintain it and explained the few improvements he made. "Very satisfied with the bracing of the sagging floor.   Original salesman who recommended and priced that portion of the job incorrectly, but after several calls and conversations with different people at Sta-Dri we got that straightened out.  
Original salesman never bothered to mention that we would have to have an electrictian pull a separate circuit breaker for the sump pump which added a significant additional expense we were not planning for in order to have a working system.  Drainage sustem appears to be working effectively.

"Things went pretty well the work was done quickly and professionally. The technician was patient as I peppered him with questions since this is my first gas log fireplace. The only problem, and this was a complete accident, was that when taking out the sooty logs to clean them he dropped one on the rug outside my door. That would have not been a big deal had he told me about it, but not telling me allowed me to step in it and track it around a bit before noticing it. Luckily it was only spread to hard surfaces and was easy enough to clean up.
