"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. "They were so great They showed up when they saud they would. We had a tripple tear off on our roof and they did not even try and change the price. They worked diligently througout the day. I had to make them take a break to eat lunch I have never seen such hard workers They were very professional and cleaned up real good wvery day. They also sided our entire house which wasn't easy due to our roof line butvthey did a great job And after each day i was asked to doba walk through and point out anything i didnt like They fix what ever i wanted and there was never any attitude They truly wanted to make sure i was happy at rhe wnd of each day.
