Kyle was out within hours after my initial call, and let me know when to expect him so I could plan my day accordingly. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to give my husband and I all our options. After ultimately choosing to replace our water heater, Kyle stayed late to install to ensure we woke up the next morning with hot water.
