"We worked with Daniel at Sembro to design our kitchen remodel. He was extremely helpful, flexible and budget conscious during the planning phase. Two days after demo, our kids got sent home from school and everyone was in quarantine. Needless to say this was a stressful time! Luckily, Sembro was able to continue on with the work. They do not use subcontractors and their workers are fantastic. They are all courteous, hardworking and timely. I felt like all of them cared about the project and the details being right. Another company wanted close to 100k to do what Sembro did for less and I don’t think quality was sacrificed the least. They removed a wall into our dining room and extended the kitchen making it much bigger. We added hardwood in the living and family rooms and refinished the existing hardwood. We kept the sink where it was but pretty much everything else was gutted. Because of The pandemic there were a few delays but that was not Sembros fault. Honestly, we absolutely love our kitchen and so does everyone else who sees it. We will definitely use Daniel and his team in the future to remodel our bathrooms. Great company to work with-even during a pandemic!"

"Mike Sr. and Mike Jr. were awesome. I had several contactors come and look at the bathroom remodel. Due to the odd shape of the tub/shower area, nobody could offer a suggestion on how to make a curtain rod work (previously enclosed). I received responses like, "I will have to get back to you" or, "I have to do some research" Mike Jr. came out, looked at it and immediately came up with a solution. "Tim completely gutted and remodeled our master bath as well as our kids' bathroom. Both turned out wonderful and we are very happy with his work. He put in ceramic tile floors, tiled both showers, installed tubs, toilets, vanities , painted, did all trim and hung all bathroom accessories. 

I also hired Tim to do handyman work, he installed new kitchen faucet, new light fixtures, patched drywall in our basement and painted. He also painted our front door and put new hardware on. Everything looks great.

Tim does what he says he is going to do and is very reliable and trustworthy. He is great with communication and pays a lot of attention to detail and does exactly what the customer asks him to do. He offers good suggestions when you're not sure exactly what you want to do.  He gave us a fair and  honest price and followed through with everything perfectly. He works really hard and rarely even takes a break ! I would definitely recommend Steger Renovations.
