I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. He is very timely, works consistently and stays on schedule. I can't say enough how happy I am with his end result on this project! I'll be having him back to do another bathroom soon!"

"We had John come out for a kitchen remodel. After months of discussing options and budget, he took measurements (Nov 2025) and told us exactly what cabinets and materials to order, instructing us to reach out once everything was purchased to get on his schedule (March 2026), with some additional discussion in January. We followed his guidance and spent over $8,000 on materials. When we reached out, it became clear there had been a miscommunication. We were under the impression we would be scheduled after purchasing everything and were completely fine waiting our turn. The situation then turned into poor communication, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. He later apologized, but by that point we no longer felt comfortable moving forward. Prior to this, everything had been going smoothly, so this was disappointing?especially after investing that amount with a baby on the way. The tile work and painting were perfection. All appliances installed to specifications. The whole job was done wonderfully. Palmer Builder did the same outstanding work on a previous home I owned.
