They not only left the job partially done, but they destroyed FOUR large tiles and left huge cuts and cracks from the tile saw. The job was done so poorly that I was horrified to call this contractor back. We left with an even more destroyed floor with far more damage. The original tile pattern has been discontinued so we cannot even replace the custom tile. Stay away from this very sketchy guy and his under aged chile"

Even the edges of the treads, which usually show the most wear, look practically like new. The two men also restored the brilliant colors of our 2 Oriental rugs. I've used Nelson's occassionally for the last 10 years when we've moved homes and their work has been incredibly consistent.
