They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."

They did give me an estimate. It would have been about $4000. I could get rebates from the Federal government and tax free loans to help pay for it. They gave me a free estimate. I can buy the system at the store and pay someone to install it. They came out, gave me the estimate quickly, and I have no complaints about the estimate."
