"I had a clog in my main sewer line. The water in the toilet in my master bathroom wouldn't go down. I also had water and sewage that came up from my shower drain in my guest bathroom. I called Drain Surgeon around 8:30 AM. They were already booked today so we made an appointment for tomorrow morning. They called me around 1:00 PM and said they could be at my house in 30 minutes! I was ecstatic that they could be here today. The two guys were very efficient and figured out where to look for the clog pretty quickly. They were able to open up the clog (it was a lot of hair). They made sure that the toilets were flushing ok, and we also tried running the sink water and the shower. They were so very efficient! They were also very neat and tidy. The only things I had to clean up was from the initial mess before I called them, and I also had to move my boxes back in the basement (ha ha; I have way too much junk downstairs). "I was so happy with the idea of a no dig repair by NuFlow. Friendly and professional crew, but... 5 years later I started having issues again. They sent someone to do a "wellness" check. Apparently the repair was not complete, they stopped 15' short of where it needed to be. Now tree roots are causing a problem at the opposite end of the pipe.
