"This is one of those rapidly disappearing businesses that actually bust their butts in order to keep you as a customer.  This is a busy shop, but the customers don't get lost in the fray.  The owner, who I want to call Kevin, is constantly on his cell phone but he never forgets about you, or what you're there for.   <br /> While I was waiting for the work on my car to be completed, another customer beside me started a conversation.  He asked if I'd ever been to the shop before (yes, I had) and proceeded to tell me how much he was impressed by the business and its employees.  I don't know much about auto glass, or what silicone or adhesive works best with windshields and rear windows, especially in older, classic cars such as mine.  But these people do and additionally, they don't try to push their way onto you if you're not comfortable with the process or the price.   <br /> I'm sure the shop has standard charges for many of their services, like chip repair, but with the repair work I needed and what I heard from a conversation the owner had with another customer, the business seems willing to negotiate on labor and material cost.  I wasn't charged for the 1/2 hour of labor done while I was at the shop, just told to pay when I come back and let them do the finishing touches.  I would never consider taking my business elsewhere...Advanced Auto Glass gets 5 stars from me! <br />"

"It all went exceptionally well. From the initial review to determine out our needs to the setup and training calls everything was handled in the most professional way. I was concerned with everything being wireless and battery powered sensors but after speaking with them and doing some of my own research it is really a very economical and efficient way to set up security and fire monitoring. <br /> When the package arrived with all the sensors I was a bit hesitant about putting them all in but if you don't mind getting on a step stool and peeling off tape to stick on sensors it's very straight forward. I did use a screwdriver to mount the smoke detectors on the ceiling but that was the extent of the work. I quoted a similar system with another security company (which they would have installed) and it was twice the price so the hour I spent to put all the sensors up was well worth it. <br /> The online portal they have is very easy to set up and they gave me a personal walk through everything by phone. I am pretty computer literate so it may not be the same experience for all but it is pretty intuitive. The process for the camera activation was a little more complicated but if you follow the directions it's a one time thing. <br /> Funny thing is that I also bought a water sensor for my basement because we had some issues with our sewer backing up in the past. One week after the install we had our spa serviced and the tech left the garden hose running in the tub when he left. As it overflowed the water ran into a basement window. Within minutes my and my wife's phones were ringing and text messages were coming in to our cell phones and the cameras went into security record mode. So we found out quickly that this thing actually works. If we had not not had that sensor installed we probably wouldn't have found the water running for days since we don't go down to the basement often. That would have been a big mess. <br /> All in all we are very satisfied and would recommend SafeMart and LiveWatch for security and fire monitoring. <br />"
