None of them tried to upsell me on useless things. They all gave good advice and explained things clearly. The A/C install uncovered a few surprises, naturally, like any older home. Brooks and Dustin showed up on time and were professional and friendly. They were able to reset my water softener, and were also able to give me some quotes on other work and showed me some other potential issues I should look at. There was no pressure to do any other work, which I appreciated. They also don't charge just to come to the site, which is unusual (Culligan wanted to charge me $145 just to come and look at the system).
