I called the person originally contacted (Julie) when I discovered the oversight. Within a week, I received the $25 visa gift card which was one piece of the package. I don't know if the other pieces will be easily added on/credited or not. Haven't seen anything. The visa gift certificate however requires me to send the partner company $2.95 shipping and handling, with a trip to the bank to get it in money order or cashier's check....really? I'm guessing they're hoping most customers won't bother. 
So all in all, we like the product and the installer was awesome.  Loving the service.
