"Jim for Donhohues Lightning Rods installed the lightning rod system in my home. When the work was done I was very happy as their installer came as per promised time, and perform the work. Before giving them the work Jim completely sold me their work ethics, quality, and service. There was a minor issue and his team took complete ownership of this issue and talked to me in detail. They provide a very good explanation to satisfy me. I am a happy customer."

"Eric has done work for us on several occasions for various projects. This most recent time he did the wiring and connection for an outdoor kitchen/grill. He is always professional and does excellent work. This particular time he went above and beyond to fix a mistake by the landscape contractor we hired. I was in a jam and he showed up the next day to help me out."

"We had a fantastic experience with Dig Dug Electric who recently installed our Ring doorbell. The installation was quick, clean, and everything works perfectly. He even took the time to walk us through how it works and answered all our questions. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality handyman services. Great job!"

"The work David did was very professional and he paid close attention to details. The new service line runs in conduit through the garage and David did a great job installing the conduit with multiple bends or curves so it is out of the way and protected. There were two electricians and a helper on the job. David worked on the service line, meter connection, and master cut-off switch.
I would give the job an A for quality except that when the new circuit breaker box was connected to the house wiring no record was kept to match the old circuit numbers to the numbers in the new box.
A second electrician installed the new circuit breaker box and connected it to the house wiring, and continued working after David left for another job. When I asked the second electrician about mapping the circuits I was told he and the helper would do that at the end and that he never tries to keep track of the old circuit numbers and the identifications listed in the old box because they are often incorrect and he would rather re-map them. He tried to use the electronic circuit detector--it is plugged into an outlet and then the breaker is detected in the basement. That didn't work well so they started turning breakers on and off to see which outlets were associated with a circuit. In the end less than half of the circuits were identified by them and I had to determine which circuits controlled the kitchen appliances, furnace, ceiling lights, outdoor lights, and the majority of the outlets. If he had kept track of the relationship between the old circuit breaker box identification numbers and the new box, it would have saved him and me a lot of time and effort.

"While the project is not yet finished, I have to share that Rich has devoted a significant amount of time in the creative issue of installing an electrical barrier around an existing fence. My small but strong dog keeps scaling the fence. Rich stays in contact with me to keep me updated. I got a lotta respect for this gentleman!"
