"Mike McGovern and his son Brian installed a Navian NPE-240S2 tankless water heater and removed the old 50 gallon tank. The installation required new vent piping. Mike considered several options for routing the pipes and made an extraordinary effort to implement the venting with a maximum of six elbows as specified by the manufacturer to assure adequate venting, away from windows, while still providing protection against rain. It has now been seven weeks and the new installation has performed flawlessly. I could not be more pleased with the work."

"Replacing my 30+ years-old gas water heater was not an easy job but Jason persisted through all of the hurdles that had to be jumped! He also was very patient in answering all of my questions. He and Jay were friendly, kind, and professional. I feel as though I got a very fair price on the water heater and the labor (which was worth every penny!) I am so happy to have found a skilled and reliable plumber who I plan to call in the future for anything plumbing related in my house. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing to anyone!"
