"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"The workers were friendly and professional, and showed up when they said they would. They performed the required services, and when I asked if the staining might be a little uneven, they redid the entire deck. They also pressure-washed the algae-stained brick at my request, which was apparently not included in the original price, but needed to be done. They told me that the doors on the shed were rotting at the bottom, and for a very reasonable price, repaired the doors before restaining them. The doors would not rehang properly, so at my request, they moved the hardware around a bit so the doors worked. They also cleaned up after the job, and left the worksite in good condition. They did request partial payment after each phase of the job, and were faithful in completing the job so that we were happy with it. Because they were so busy, we did have to wait a number of weeks for them to apply a second coat of stain, and it turned out very well. The thing I liked best about this company is that they made sure I was happy with the work, and if not, they did whatever necessary to satisfy us. They were also reliable in doing what they said they would. I will try to post a picture of the deck if it ever stops raining."

"Everything with our deck project from start to finish went great, and it's exactly what we wanted! We had a design in mind and they were able to deliver. Tommy gave us estimates for several different options of decking materials, and even helped us pick colors that would look best with our siding. The size deck we wanted was not a standard size, and he was able to come up with a design for the composite pieces that looks beautiful. We also wanted our deck free-standing rather than attached to the house, and they were able to do that. The railing is sturdy, and they were able to add a gate at the stairs for us. The communication was thorough, and every question we had was answered in detail. The workers were all friendly and professional. We were pleasantly surprised at how fast they were able to build our deck, less than 2 days. "I have a basement that was poorly finished a few years back. I contacted Handyman Matters to do several repairs in the basement. The services included: drywall repair, scraping off a popcorn ceiling, resurfacing the ceiling, painting, installation of flooring, installation of baseboards, and carpentry. Paul, the owner, listened to my requests from the very beginning and ensured that my expectations for the space were met. His workers Kevin and Mark were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were in my home for two weeks and were efficient in getting the work completed in a timely manner. I felt comfortable with them being in my home and did not have any concerns for the safety of myself or my kids. The office staff (Penny) was always friendly and eager to assist me with any questions or concerns. "In general did a good job.  Showed up on time and got started promptly.  Cleaned up well after themselves.  Fast and efficient.  Only negatives were one small window & storm that was overlooked.  They also had a problem with one of our curtain rods that required some DIY repair on my part.  Not clear whether it was actually a rod failure or if a part was broken due to inexperience on worker's part, but am willing to give them benefit of the doubt since the rest of the job/experience went well.
Price seemed pretty competitive and they squeezed me into their schedule just prior to Thanksgiving holiday..  Would hire again.
