"I contacted Indiana Foundation to check my foundation and crawl space due to a crack in my brick wall. I received a thorough inspection, The rep showed me pictures of the findings and provided an understandable explanation regarding the condition of the foundation and the crawl space. I contracted with Indiana Foundation for push piers to stabilize and raise the foundation. They completed most of the project this week. They we unable to complete one side of the house because the natural gas line is right next to the foundation. When the gas company moves the line the remainder of the project can be competed. I received excellent service by foreman Charles and all the work crew; Daniel, Ryder, Ross, and Pete. They were efficient completing the work. Charles was especially excellent with his communication, keeping me informed during the days of work by the crew."

"Brian Huff the owner of Basement Armor was recently on the radio being interviewed. He was talking about exactly what I had been experiencing downstairs in my basement concerning a water problem. I thought it was a sign :)  I immediately called him after the show to set up a time for an estimate. I was thinking I'd have to get 2 companies out to fix two issues I was having. Brian assured me that with his experience that he could do both. He really put my mind at ease and listened to all my concerns.
What he discovered was that the water was probably coming in from the concrete step under my deck that was causing water to leak downstairs into the basement. He jack hammered the concrete step down to the concrete slab. Also, I had noticed a rotted joint which unbeknownst to me had come from many years of water damage. He replaced the affected sub-floor and the rotted joints.
Brian and his team were very professional, polite and left my home in better shape than when they arrived.
They went above and beyond even what they said they were going to do in the contract. I am extremely grateful to them for that.

Ken, a licensed engineer, came in and has the knowledge and education to give suggestions and cost effective solutions to my project. Ken did not come in and act like a used car salesmen.  Gave me the correct quote for what was needed for the job.  They did a great job. Did everything the way they said they would.  Showed up on time, and finished on time.  I am very happy with the overall experience.  My basement leaked every time it rained, and with the recent rain it was completely dry.   I would recommend this company to anyone who needs basement repair."
