"We hired DRS to renew our 25 year old 3-tier deck. Greg and Jen worked with us, very patiently, as we decided what kind of decking and railing we wanted. We chose composite with aluminum rails. They also fixed a leak into our house, by replacing some baseboard. We’ve been trying to repair the leak for years and never would have been able to do what they did. It was a tremendous relief to finally have a fix. Also, they assembled a steel roof, aluminum gazebo kit we purchased. We have never worked with a company that was so professional, does fantastic work and completely cares that their customer is satisfied. We truly enjoy our deck now and highly recommend this company. If we need work on anything else in their area of expertise we would not hesitate to hire again."

"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

"Steve Hall responded to my email request for an estimate immediatley. He was proffesional, and offered all the services I was looking for from a single service provider. I'd say his pricing is average, and he'll invoice me once a month for services. This week the crew showed up as scheduled for mowing. They mowed, edged, and did leaf removal. Before Steve returned my call, I was having a hard time getting other lawn services to give me estimates. I'd talk to them on the phone and they said they would come out, but they never did. I'm very happy with Steve and his professionalism."

"The estimator came out and assisted us with developing a final design and layout.  He provided great suggestions during the design phase.  We are completely happy with the deck.  During the quoting process, we met at the showroom to make final color and decking decisions.  Having the showroom was a great resource to compare decking colors and railing choices. <br /> Upon downpayment of the deck, he provided an accurate estimate of when the deck would be started and completed.  During the build of the deck, everything went smooth as well.  The start date and completed date were right on the schedule that was communicated to us.  We had a couple of minor punchlist items from the build and Decks Unlimited followed up promptly and addressed our concerns.  They had a great attention to detail and we couldn't be more happy with the deck. <br /> Their pricing was in line with the other deck builders that we had quote the project.  Our decision was made based on the estimator spending additional time with us to help with an overall design of the deck, as well as, the other reviews from Angie's List detailing the craftsmanship showed when building the deck.  As I said, we couldn't be more impressed with the entire duration from quoting to final buildout. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."
