"I used AHT because of a referral from my neighbor. My neighbor and I ended up getting our roofs replaced on the same day. The communication was mostly good (had some conflicting things being told to me by different people in the company). When materials were delivered, they switched my neighbor and I's materials and delivered them to the wrong house. This was a mistake the delivery guy caught and corrected. When scheduling occurred, I was told my roof would be done first, then my neighbors in the afternoon by the same crew. They started at my neighbor's house first and came to mine second without communicating this to me. It did throw a wrench in my schedule for the day as I planned around the time they told me. I only figured out what was going on when I called the project manager at 9 am to ask where they were because they gave me a ETA of 8 am. Project manager told me they would be at my house around 1-2 pm. Both our roofs were completed by 5 pm. I did have one issue from my experience. I had a retractable awning that was roof mounted on my old roof. The representative at AHT told me to let their roofing guys take the awning off and re-install it after the new roof install, that way if there were any issues or damage to the new roof, it would still be covered, and they would fix it for free. If I allowed the awning company to re-install it and they damaged something, then it would void the roof warranty. At the advice of AHT I let their roofing guys remove and re-install the awning. After the re-install, the awning started to pull off my roof as it was not installed properly. I called AHT and they came back out to remove the awning and repair my roof. At this point, AHT asked me to call the awning company to re-install the awning. They did offer to pay for it if there was any additional cost which was a nice gesture. I did call the awning company and they reinstalled the awning properly without any issue. Long story short, if you have an awning, no matter what the sales representative from ATH tells you, let the awning company re-install the awning. AHT did make the process of insurance claims very easy, and they are serious about 100% customer satisfaction. They remedied all issues I had and were very polite and understanding of the situation."

They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. "Someone came out to check our interior and exterior walls. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He said there were no major leaks in the mortar that were visible and the leaks were most likely coming from behind the gutter. He explained that the gutter would need to be removed, meaning I would need to hire a roofer since they do not deal with gutters or roofing and that I would end up paying for two jobs. He suggested instead that I find a roofer that would remove the gutter who was skilled enough to do the necessary tuckpointing to save us money. He also looked at the interior damage and told us the materials to buy because we said we wanted to repair that ourselves. He was extremely helpful and gave us the most economical suggestions rather than booking repairs with them and hiring a roofer. If we need work done to our masonry or foundation only in the future, I will definitely go with Hicon."

Once scheduled, they brought out enough people to get the work done in 1 day. We had the whole roof done and received better shingles than the original ones that were on the house. After doing my due diligence by securing at least 4 estimates from other companies, he still came out on top, both in price & his professionalism. He had FULL shingles of all colors, unlike some companies that only have sm ones you can't really get a good picture of; I had gone online to the shingle company & used tool to see what would look like on my house also. Turns out my insurance paid for everything in full (totally unexpected as I had 3 layers on), so I was ecstatic all the way around. Owner Gary Brown outstanding in his explanations, super quick installation after initial meeting ( done in 2 days, Sun & Mon, which was Memorial Day!) I definitely recommend him!"
