"I saw an ad on Angie's list for a Quiet Cool Trinity Pro 3.3 whole house fan system installed for a good price. However, I wasn't quite sure the 3.3 would move enough air for my sq. footage. I left a msg. and Christopher the owner called me back the next day as he was out of town. We talked about the system and since I already had a pre-existing fan, but it was the old style box top from 20 years ago that sounded like a plane taking off. Christopher assured me the 3.3 would be more than enough for my sq. footage, especially since I installed a Quiet Cool Attic Gable Vent fan that moves a lot of air too. He also said the noise reduction would amaze me and it did. It's been turned on high and the lady of the house didn't even know it was turned on. Since, I know how to tape, top, texture, and paint, Christopher gave me a great discount from the Angie's list price. The guys, Phil and Eddie, showed up on time and ready to go. It went by fairly fast and I've just finished taping it out. Tomorrow or the day after, I'll get down to topping it and finish it with some orange peel texture spray to match the existing texture and paint. Great team and great price for a great product. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. "The HVAC was not working during the home inspection on a house were were buying. The homeowner said it was repaired but it still did not seem to work right so I contacted AC Girl based on my realtors reference to inspect the HVAC system. She arrived on time and found some parts needed to be replaced on the A/C. The furnace was working and the two thermostats were working. She did not do any repairs the first time out at our request since we had not closed on the house. She also did not take a payment at that time even though we offered. She knew our realtor and figured we would pay when she was out to replace the A/C parts. After we closed and we were in the house a couple of days we noticed the dual zone control system was not working properly. All the air was going into the bedrooms even though there were two thermostats - one for the bedrooms and one for the common rooms. We reported the issue to her so when she came out the 2nd time after the holidays to put in the A/C parts she also troubleshot the heat issue and found the dampers were wired in wrong to the zone control board. After rewiring the board the thermostats now control the zones they are supposed to control and everything is working fine. She was at the house approximately 2hrs (1hr per trip) and only charged $125.00."

"Overall experience was excellent. The only problem we encountered was when there were 2 project manager changes. I did not hear anything for 2 weeks, but when I called and spoke to a manager I received a call that day and Tiffany (new PM) was very helpful and professional. She was prompt and honest with project timelines. I would highly recommend NRG to anyone looking to install solar. There will always be issues and problems, but the sign of a good contractor is how they respond."
