"Was professional, reasonable, did all the projects very well and came at the scheduled time would definitely recolmend him."

"Taylor is easy to get ahold of and flexible with scheduling. He provided reasonable quotes for furniture assembly before we agreed to proceed, and he stuck to the prices upon arrival. Taylor was thorough and quick, and cleaned up as he went, even taking the boxes and packaging out to the dumpster. He had all tools needed for the jobs and made sure to remove the stickers and level everything--making the furniture stable and looking great. I appreciated him taking the time to place the furniture items exactly where I wanted them, and to show me how some of the electrical items worked. Taylor was personable and friendly, and also very kind and patient about my scared kitty cat. Payment was very easy through Venmo, and he also takes checks. The prices were very reasonable as I said above, and even though one item took longer than anticipated, he did not change the price, which I appreciated. I highly recommend Taylor for your furniture assembly and general handyman needs!"

"Chris Mills is a true ‘Renaissance’ man, w/ an extraordinary diverse skill set to undertake any complex task -flooring, woodworking, painting, drywall, demo, elect, concrete paving, even landscaping. He completes a project in low-key, efficient manner; He is meticulous ensuring that everything is cleaned up. Has an exceptional ability to identify items requiring attention even before the owner recognizes the need. Chris took 1955 dark-paneled wood interior and neglected exterior of 3 BR house I purchased & literally transformed into an 5 star Airbnb. This involved widening kitchen doorway, kitchen window, installing 8’ granite piece transformed into a usable bar area, adding flooring to a laundry room, installing blinds, electronic door locks, etc. It is evident that Chris takes great pride in his work with a discriminating- eye for detail. His pricing is very fair and his work is impeccable. I highly recommend Chris Mills Handyman service."

"I am writing this review for my grandmother who had her yard cleaned up by custom John's , and when I say cleaned up I mean half a dozen or large truckloads of biomaterial taken away. I have worked with her on her yard for years, barely keeping her hedges, palms, trees, fern's, flowers, and weeds under control, trust me when I say her yard is a veritable jungle. She finally had enough and wanted it all cut back, about to what it looked like when she first moved in over 20 years ago. I didn't think anyone would be able to cut away so much growth without it looking like a butcher job, but John's team took a mature garden and shaped it so beautifully that it looked like a fresh landscaping job for a new house. Every shrub and palm shaped excellently, every tree well pruned, every weed taken out, and liner put in throughout. The job took well over a week to cut through overgrown mass and turn into a work of art. By the end of it, no part of the yard suffered in quality, it was thorough throughout, and custom tailored to my grandmother's vision. While at first I didn't think the work would be worth the quoted amount, I can say I was pleasantly surprised and can now say it was worth every penny. Both she and I highly recommend John's service."

"These company is top notch I recommend them highly I called and they out in like under a hour did the work the same day I am very impressed and satisfied I would and will hire them again when I need another job done thank you so much for getting it done so quickly."

"This remodeling took 3 months and was very extensive due to the kitchen and master bathroom were leveled down to the foundation slab. Everything was replaced in kitchen; lights, electrical sockets removed or changed, flooring, cabinets, all appliances, added trash compactors, painting, replacing baseboards, backsplash tile and mural. Master bathroom included moving a couple walls, lights, electrical sockets removed or changed, flooring, replacing baseboards and adding quarter-round, changing ceiling texture, and painting. I mention this list (which isn't comprehensive) to give you an idea of the extensive amount of work. This is important because I have a very keen eye for the quality of a contractor's work, due to my skills, and I used to be in the contracting business for a short time many years ago. My observations are to make sure all work agreed on and changes are in writing, because it will help everyone involved agree to the work required. We disagreed on a few changes, but Jimmie was professional and we came to an understanding that worked for us both. If your work is a major project like mine was then expect delays like I did. He expected 6-8 weeks and it took 11 weeks. That's not bad. We had to find another tile crew which is what delayed the project. That's not Jimmie's fault, but every contractor needs to have other people to call to pick up the slack. The quality of the work IS top quality, He is respectful and do clean up there daily trash. The painting is great if Brian does that work. Lastly, they DO show up to do repairs after the work is done, but it may take a couple requests to pin down a time. That's really good when they're backed up several months like everyone."

"AlphaDog Property Services is a great business that is dependable and very conscientious about the finished quality of any work done on behalf of the property owner. The owner Jake is a very knowledgeable gentleman and he did a good job of repairing and painting a dormer window that was way too high to reach on my own. He works quickly and his pricing is more than fair. I will hire Jake again! Howard Liggett Pensacola,Florida"

"Jeff was very professional, courteous, and did everything necessary to complete my job, including going to pick up the part. His prices seem to be very reasonable, and I am pleased and will definitely call on him when I need another skilled handyman project."
