A Local Factory Certified/Trained Roofing Contractor is Paramount and that’s exactly what we received from Strong Roofing. I contacted Strong Roofing and was immediately offered a meeting time at my convenience which was first thing the next morning. Mr. Jose “Sarge” Alonso showed up on time explaining the services, products offered, warranties, estimated time lines to be expected, product samples and colors, a step by step process to be expected, etc. Upon my request, I was immediately provided a written contract which was priced very comparable to other solicited companies. His visit ended with a firm handshake and his personal commitment to validate the companies workmanship and quality of Owens Corning products with a future written Guarantee/Warranty upon job completion. - A site Supervisor was on station the entire time the old roof was being removed until the new roof install was complete to include the verification of cleanup. - All employees were professional and displayed a “Can-do” attitude. - During the job, photos were taken each step of the process to validate contract compliance and quality of work. Overhead photos were provided to me at job completion which verified to me the quality and neatness of the job. - Our yard was cleaner when the job was finished than it was before the job actually was started. I was offered another magnetic sweep of our yard for possible nails at anytime, just need to call and they will arrive. - I was totally shocked when Jose offered a Follow-up site visit within a week or so or anytime in the future to do a physical overview and ensure that we are still 100% satisfied with the overall quality and workmanship of the new roof installation. This type of Quality Assurance is rare and certainly speaks highly of Strongs continued commitment to customer satisfaction and relationships with their valued customers in our region. - I didn’t have to up front funds in advance and there was no rush for final payment upon completion, this speaks highly of a solvent company that puts the customers needs and desires first, not the dollar. - I was surprised when I was told that courtesy site visits will occur after major storms and hurricanes pass to assist families in anyway to reduce further possible damages to property. I was told to contact the company at anytime in the future should something occur or we have any type of issue or questions at all. - Upon job completion I was personally provided copies of all related documents to include business cards, my contract, and in a packet the Owens Corning System Warranty including the Warranty Registration number. A overview of what is included and expected should the Warranted needs to be addressed in the future. - I can not say enough positive things about Strong Roofing. As a former Military Aviation Quality Inspector and Aviator, I know what Quality and workmanship entails to include the necessary attention to detail involvement that is necessary and is expected. Strong Roofing meets and exceeds expectations across the board. - The aforementioned statements I offered during my review were given to provide a “Holistic” overview from initial dialogue to job completion which I felt compelled to share. After all, a Quality Roof installation and proven products protects our investment and families. "Tony called when he said he would. Tony and his one man crew came when they said they would getting started at 7:30 a.m. They came on a Monday holiday when the stores were mostly closed. Tony had to run from my home to a city 50 miles away (100 miles round trip) to get the needed part. It is only a $100 repair but I paid extra for the prompt work done perfectly. HIRE THIS GUY!"

"My wife and I bought a retirement home in Ocean Springs that was flooded by Katrina.  The home was under 5 feet of water and unoccupied for years.  We solicited several quotes and Emmitt Christie's (Just Fix It) was by far the most competitive.  We were located in Columbus, Ohio during the duration of the remodeling (May 2013-Sept. 2013).  Because we were not familiar with the area or contractors in the Misssissippi Gulf Coast, I was apprehensive about hiring and trusting any company to take care of our investment, especially since we weren't there.    However, that all changed with Emmitt.  We could tell him what we wanted done, when we want it done and he would give us a very good price for the job.  We could trust Emmitt to do the job right, on time and without us being there.  Although his price and quality of work was very good,  the fact that we could trust him is what makes him very valuable.  Some of the work that he performed on our home included:  New roof, new wiring, new drywall, some new plumbing, installed kitchen cabinets and counters, bathroom vanitys, designed and installed a new slate walk-in shower, built a deck, installed electrical panel boxes, ceiling lights and fans throughout the home and converted the garage into a den and laundry room.  The bottom line is I would highly recommend Emmitt's company, Just Fix It, for any job, big or small. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

The best part is their owner is very responsive for the most part he doesn't have a consistent crew would be the downsize  sometimes days he has eight people or six, six to eight other days he has two so he's been dragging behind to complete this job, right now two people are here.
