"Because I had such a great experience with the water heater the day before I called them back for an HVAC tune-up.  It turns out my home was quite out of date.  In addition to the tune up (for which a 90 dollar Dominion rebate applies, per system), I needed a few other odds and ends such as a U-shaped trap that improves access for cleaning.  I am not normally one to buy service plans and warranties but I would want this company to keep my aging units running as long as possible.  Part of the service plan is a discount on repairs presumably because they should happen so infrequently.  
The repairman went above and beyond and explained everything to me. Over the course of two days I spent several hundred dollars on them but Short Pump Heating, Air and Plumbing was worth every penny!"
