"The inspection was free. He said that I could have a yearly inspection for no cost, highly recommended it and he's not making any money off of that. They would have been termite prevention, but he did not find any signs of termites. He actually thought it was not necessary. The guy was truthful and informative. I learned a lot about the potential situation. He could have just said hey you need to be sprayed, but he was right upfront with me. I would use them for any other issues I may have.
