"Couldn't have gone better. Thanna did a fantastic job of preparing the tile and tub for her finishes and a super job of applying the finishes. The tile was done in a gray color with nice subtle flecks in it and the tub was done in white. The results are beautiful. I have had a home builder in the house who was very impressed with the beauty and the quality of her work and plan to hire Thanna to refinish his tile."

"The 3 men the company had sent showed up ready to work.  They asked the best way to get to both units right off the back and appoligized for being a little late.  That didn't matter to me cause at least they showed up.  Within a 1hr and 30mins they had the old unit out and were getting ready to put the new units in.  Another 1hr and 30mins later they had the new unit (indoor and out) connected and had my cross over duct fixed and running.   They even check the gas heat to make sure all parts of the unit were working.  They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and where very knowledgeable on their trade.  They were a great group of installers and I would like to thank this company for everything they did and gladly recommend them to others.

There was water coming up through the floor in the bedroom.  I contacted Buddy's Plumbing and they were able to come out and investigate within a couple of hours.  The leak was located in the bedroom wall.  The section of split pipe was replaced.  I was extremely pleased with the work.  The repairmen were very careful not to displace anything, repaired the leak quickly, and cleaned the area well before leaving.  I will definately use Buddy's again as well as recommend them to my friends."

"My house is nearly 60 years old, and all original iron pipe components have started to reach their end of life. I chose Weir Family Plumbing because of an honest estimate, breakdown of what may be involved and what work would be performed, and was very reassured when speaking on the phone with Brandon, who was able to come out and assess my needs the same day. After taking a look at my bathroom and fixtures, he presented an estimate that was much lower than I anticipated. He scheduled me the same week and arrived when he promised, and was able to get everything done promptly. I expected a few unexpected things to happen with the age of my home but he was prepared and didn't have to leave to get anything. When the plumbing work was finished he was able to show me the work and explain what he did in a very easy to understand fashion, and afterwards he finished the light tile repair and cleaned up my bathroom and the other side of the wall he had to access to get to the tub fixture was put back together very nicely, and it looked excellent. Before he left, he showed me how to use the new faucet fixture and showed me everything working properly and was very easy and friendly to talk to, and didn't mind when I checked in while he was working. When everything was completed and he left, I felt very confident in using my bathroom as intended, and I haven't had any issues since the repairs were done. "Had to call several times to set appt. As soon as he got to our house for his 6 hours of repairs , he left to go to Home Depot for parts. He did a fine job on the attic floor repair in the garage but the work he did reattaching tiles to our bathtub/shower was horrendous. Will have to pay another repairman to undo / redo his work. He said any electrical work was out of his scope"
