Once I realized Wally’s ability, I quickly hired him to do other repairs which included: -Replacing a beam in the basement -Thorosealing the stone foundation wall in the basement -Replacing two concrete pads on my sidewalk that were cracked -Fixing a 3’x3’ sink hole in my driveway -Pour a concrete pad for my Generac generator to sit on -Filling in an old vent hole and landscaping to ensure that the ground next to the house slopes away from the house When it comes to your home, there is little that Wally and his team can’t do. "These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."
