"Our full view storm door needed the door handles replaced. We were unable to lock it. We put in a request thru Angi and Delmar Yellock of Designing Xpressions was the first contractor to respond. After discussion, he agreed to stop by the very next day. Upon arrival and after examining the door he found I had purchased the wrong parts. He fully explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He visited a local store and purchased the correct parts. Despite spending twice as much time doing the repair he stuck with the original price quoted. I learned Del is actually a general contractor and does remodels and virtually any job inside the house. We will definitely be calling him back for future work. One last point: Del's price (including parts) was one sixth of prices quoted by others. This experiece almost makes me want to see something else need fixing! Great honest contractor!!!"

"The technician knew just what to do to open the clogged drain in our old home, including opening the pipe in the basement to properly snake the lower part of the pipe.

"Amazing i called them at 5:30 and the repair was made by 6:30. My tenant was very happy and so was I"

"I had a list of small tasks that needed to be taken care of - many were drywall patch/repair and paint (wall cracks, etc.), they painted my front door and repaired loose shutters."

"Paul from PK responded immediately to my call on a 98 degree day, despite being bombarded with calls. He diagnosed the problem and completed the repair (replaced blower fan) quickly. PK’s service was outstanding."

"The house I bought had a cheap old toilet upstairs that was constantly running and just overall not that good. I was looking to repair it when I found that I had a leak on my shut off that ran all day and caused some water damage. I was going down the list of the service providers in my area (based off rating) and found Fabrizio's to be the first that could come out next day. I asked them to quote me a price for the work, and the first response was that I would save some money if I bought my own toilet. Unfortunately getting a toilet in that short amount of time would not have worked so I asked them to bring one. They estimated being able to be at my house by 1:00 but I got a call early in the day from Frank that said he'd be able to be there an hour early, and to verify the toilet I wanted. Frank showed up right on time, as promised, and looked into the work involved. It turns out that I did not need a replacement valve, it just needed to be tightened (which saved some money), and then he installed the new toilet. Throughout the entire time Frank was polite/professional and very thorough. After the job was done he also gave some free professional advice regarding some other work I would need in the near future, without requiring me to jump through any hoops. I would absolutely recommend Fabrizio's to anyone, and have already recommended them to my father for some work that was needed per my conversation with Frank."

"Was in a jam, had new countertops installed and didn’t plan as I was supposed to. Pat was able to install dish washer, faucet and garbage disposal within a few hours of initial phone call to make my life easier! One of the hardest working, honest people I know!!!"

"I had no complaints. Everything turned out very nice. It was affordable and they did a great job. They answer all of my questions. All around, it was very good. I would absolutely use the service again. They informed me with everything. I was very satisfied with the service."

"

I had a small leak under my kitchen sink which could have turned into a larger issue. I'm glad that he was able to identify that the new garbage disposal was installed too loose and that a screw had fallen out during its use. If I waited longer I could have ended up breaking it and spending a lot more money having it fixed.

Overall the job was done timely he was on-time and even came out on a Sat morning before 8am.
