"Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

On top of that, we were beyond impressed and pleased with Saul, who actually did almost the entire construction himself besides pouring the slab and running the electrical, which they subcontract out. He's incredibly talented and was so wonderfully easy to work with, which was especially important as we were coordinating siding and gutters contractors and plumbers as well to do work in conjunction with the sunroom. "We could not have asked for a better contractor on this project. We were very skeptical of Brian's estimate that it would take two months for the project, but he nailed it. Brian was on-site almost every day, both directing his team and doing much of the framing and finishing work himself. We felt like our project was his top priority from start to finish. Brian is meticulous and clean - every tool/material was hung up and organized when not in use, and there was never any sign of dust or debris when he left for the day. Any time we needed to change something, Brian quickly provided an estimate and fit the work into the schedule. Finally, Brian is honest and kind. He joked with our kids, he played with our dog, and gave us his honest opinion when he thought we could make a better choice on materials or fixtures.
