"I would say this is the BEST SERVICE YOU CAN FIND for HVAC. I had an intermittently functioning heat system where we almost replaced the $300 Next thermostat and ran a 40 foot power wire through the walls, which would have cost quite a bit. Instead, a very capable man did the right testing and found we only needed a capacitor and he had one on his truck. He then spent another hour removing the dirty fan and cleaning the whole system with Shopvac and garden hose. We'd been breathing all this dusty air and did not know it. They came the day we called and everything was handled expertly after two weeks of problems with heat and incorrect solutions suggested. Highly recommended and I will save their number!"

"Originally I had this place as a 1 star from DAY 1! The moment the "technicians" left after the installation, my AC stopped blowing cold air. I then called to report the malfunction. When the second technician came out (Richard), I already knew that I got a good technician, came prepared and knew what my problem was before he even started. I explained my situation and he stated that the communication wire at the compressor is improperly connected. He said that he just came from another job with the exact problem and ended up being the same solution. Once he corrected the wiring, the system blew cold air again! AND, to go above and beyond, he had a mild issue with accessing the wiring at the compressor because the previous installers didn't leave enough wiring to be able to open the panel freely. Richard went and ran new longer wiring to make it easier for him and the next guy to service the unit! I wish I could rate Richard alone, as he deserves 5 stars."
